Bad service form Telkom President Hyper Vaal

Telkom President Hyper Vaal. Terrible service. We have been waiting 2 weeks for my contract phone. Every day is a different excuse. Today I finally got through to the manager Dikeledi. Now she has the excuse of she can only pull a phone for me from another branch on Tuesday. I am really upset. I am a patient person but I have reached my limit now. I need this sorted.
