Bad service for online order

I ordered a device online from Telkom and they deducted the R149.00. I called this morning to find out when I will receive my order only to find out that they dont have stock of the device.

If they had told me last week the 05/10/2017 before i placed the order i would never have placed one. Now they tell me that not sure when I will receive it and cant give me a date.

I find this online service ridiculous. I need the device as the money was deducted out of my account.

The manager that must look into this is Mr Nkosinathi Mhlongo
