Bad Service for new product and service delivery

I have app**** for telkoms adsl package in January 2018. The lady told me after checking everything that it would take up to 21 days for the installation to be completed. I phoned every second day to follow regarding the progress only to every time hear that its currently with the network department why no one can tell you exactly....This morning I phoned again only to find out that this urgent product that I need will only be finished at the 23rd June 2018...Yes 5 months I have to wait to get a simple adsl at home...When you get new business your suppose to put everything in to get the deal done in money to your company...how is it that it takes Telkom so long to deliver a simple adsl line to a client in the time frame indicated by themselves??? are the...your service is pathetic and un unacceptable to say the least...How you still makes business is beyond me with this kind off services...
