Bad service for my order! Worst service ever!

Telkom has the worst service ever,I have went in store to place an order of the iPhone 16 and was told that they don't have stock but they will have phone delivered to the store in 3-5 days and they will call me to collect it,it's been 3 weeks now and the I haven't been called yet nor received any feedback,I then went to the store last week Tuesday and the agent came with the excuse that it will be there by Friday and I went in Friday and they came with another excuse and now I thought about canceling the contract and take it a new one at MTN/Vodacom since both stores have stock but if I do cancel I will be have to pay a cancelation fee. I really don't know what to do and this is annoying because I have been waiting for more than their time of delivery.
