Bad service for Manager(Mario)

Its a pity to see this kind of service people forget they are who they are because of customers. Telkom store in Cresta sold me a phone which is about 3-4 months old which is over heating and the color on the screen is changing ,I am willing to booking the phone for repairs but I can't go without a loan unit as I work with a phone daily .The manager 'Mario' send me away as he is not interested and not showing willingness of helping.
