Bad service for contract customers

I took a 24 month contract at telkom mobile at Cresta in 2016. It was a 15gb deal of the month.I saw the advert on tv as well as the flyers. I went to the store to confirm and was told that the advert is true,you get 1ogb day and 5gb night. I signed the contract but until today,which is a year later-i never got the promised data. When i call the call center i got advised that I'm supposed to be getting 10gb day data and that i should go back to the store. After several visits of being sent from pillar to post i finally gave up. The consultants send me to technicians and so forth.My problem still persist,a year later but i never miss paying my monthly premiums. Telkom has failed me.
