Bad service for change of banking details

Your service is horrible and I am even thinking of cancelling my contract with y'all, even if it means I need to buy myself out. I've been getting charged a backout fee for 3 months now, for something they could have done from their side. I called and got an Agent who was supposed to assist me with change of banking details, and she even confirmed they were changed, but now this lady says my account backed out again. This is absurd, and I refused to pay for any backout fee that might be app**** to my account, we can take this dispute to court I am ready. You guys are bad for business for ripping people off, this month I am taking a stand.
