Bad service

No urgency, call centre support line is useless,dropping calls We had an adsl line installed on the 23 December worked properly for one day, been logging calls since the 24th December to date no response, the consultant are rude dropping calls and not calling back ,you just receive an sms saying its resolve but nothing has been done, I wouldn't suggest anyone to deal with telkom ever, waiting for a team Leader to call no joy,
