BAD SERVICE

I have a contract with telkom and I am unable to use my data. We went to Telkom benoni, they did swim swap without even checking the real problem. The problem not resolved after swim swap. We have called the toll free number, we are told that people are working from home and that we will get a call back to date no call. Their whatspp number or sms number not working. Yet every month i pay. I have paid for this but unable to use data. Very bad service for such big company. Employees at the branch dont care. Call centre only answering machine. I will not advice anyone to take a contract with telkom and I also want to cancel it with immediate effect. I cannot be having same problem for almost 2 weeks. TELKOM MUST FALL
