Bad service

three weeks ago i app**** for wifi on the telkom website same day was called everything was approved, following Monday the technician came out did nothing only told us about a problem with our box until now there has been no feedback i have been trying to call them everyday no luck getting through i called over 50 times and always hangs on for 30 minutes or more the service is very poor , my order number ***A
