BAD SERVICE

I am not happy with the service at all. I have been trying to cancel orders which were approved and not received because of the stock not being available. I am trying to get a new device and I cannot because the old order is interfering with the new order and Telkom does not want to cancel the old orders. I need this to be resolved asap. I have been trying to get a device for more than two years now.
