Bad service

Telkom is ripping me off, I have been using telkom for the past 5 years and I exprienced a very bad service from them, I always buys airtime and data that is limited for 7 days and the data and the airtime are always forfeited because of the Telkom s bad network, I changed many phones thinking maybe the problem is with the phones but i cannot connect to the internet nor make calls, I want Telkom to investigate this and compesate my forfeited data and airtime, then I part ways with them,
