Bad service

My Telkom account was suspended and I paid my account on the 24june 2025 and today is the 1ste July 2025 and it's still not working everyday I phone they say in the next 5 to 24 hours and then the next still it's not working. I must pay but the WiFi is not even working. This is ridiculous!!!
