Bad service

The whole week telkom network is been on and off around soweto area. I called telkom customer care and they making excuses of load shedding affecting their network.

You can't reach a right person to get a correct answers from telkom. Especially in the evening's I can't use my wireless wifi router. On Tuesday I couldn't use it the whole day.
