Bad service

Very bad service. I was approaved for a mobile router. I was recorded stating that i am renting my sisters home and had a affidavit from SAPS that i am living at said place. The person over the call said it was fine only to find out that the delivery guy says he cannot accept such a document. Very bad service. Had to cancell my days work to be here to accept the delivery. I phoned the office and they say they have escalated the query. Too slow. Still waiting. But they too quick to take your bank details etc
