Bad Service

Your service sucks to say the best! Your call centers suck! I am not surprised that more and more people are leaving Telkom! Just keep on transferring me to next department! Keep on passing the buck! So glad I have left Telkom years ago! Wanting to help a client with a voice product, but no one seems to know what the hell is going on! Useless! Now I must send emails, to do your work for you! So that some one can phone me back! Nobody ever phones back! Everyone just tells you that they are receiving high call volumes! They are busy! Busy with what? Transferring people around and not solving ****! And do delete my message please. I have copied it, and will post it over every platform available!
