Bad service

Went to the Telkom shop located in Dawn Park centre, the service is extremely bad and slow. There is only one person working there, and she is not keen to assist clients at all. She doesn’t want to multitask, she is not interested in knowing what our queries are, she made clients to stand in a queue even if a person is there to ask a general question that doesn’t require an hour standing in a queue. Her attitude is really off, she’s not welcoming.
