Bad service

Received wi fi telephone on 25 Oct, 2019. It has a cracked screen and was told to bring back to Telkom shop. I am elderly,do not have transport and get a lift to shopping centre in 2 weeks time. I have phoned & written 3 times on their website not to cut off existing landline but they cut it off. They must fetch this cracked screen telephone & issue me with a new one or reconnect my old landline
