Bad service expression

As a member of Telkom I whould like to express my unappreciated service from them caurse I can definitely see after our communication that they are not at all willing to assist after saying our sensure apology after another and asking questions just after stretching this awful process. We have contacted numbers provided by them wich says after dailing the number is incorrect this is so sad I don't know how to express frustration that we are going trough can just say thank you telkom for ignoring multiple attempts and stretching process or not delivering service you
