Bad service experienced

I have a Telkom mobile 24 months contract,for two phones Sony experiaXA,and Samsung A5,after five the Sony phone started to freeze and battery running out,the phone was booked since two months ago,Telkom is been deducting their money but for two months in a raw now,when I go to Telkom mobile store in college square, their clueless, I am two months without a phone nobody seems to care
