Bad service experience

I am experiencing a nightmare service from Telkom, they have upgraded my services without my concern and I just saw my monthly fee increased by a ridiculous amount. I have bee

n phoning to get help and no one is helping, when I get to account they refer me to sales, when I get to sales they say they deal with new contracts. It's been two days now calling to get help and I am not getting to the right person. The worst part is account transfer me to sales and sales say they don't have the facility to transfer.
