Bad Service Ever New Phone given not working

I took a phone on contract at Telkom century city. The phone wasn't working well since day one. I had to take it back to Telkom within 5days and one agent sent me to Huawei and Huawei booked the phone for repair and started sending me messages of they are waiting for parts etc.

The phone came with a factory fault and Telkom is not taking me seriously, I keep on wasting petrol driving to them and all they do is to give excuses and nothing is being done after almost a month without a phone.

After getting advise Telkom Century City acknowledged that the Agent wasnt suppose to book new phone for repairs however they cannot rebook since they have made the mistake already. Now one is willing to give area manager contact details and the branch keeps on making empty promises.
