bad service ever incorrect billing will be writing this every day until im assisted

i was billed for not using even their internet TCF not app**** worse agent ever by the name of mpho lebodi and the useless manager buti but i think she was lying saying that there is no manager on the floor even their managers their not trained well please refund my money they took my money and i dont even have their sim card my n is *** id ***
