Bad service ever from Telkom Keyes and Finite Insurance Services

It's been two and a half months since I have taken my phone to repairs for the screen that's damaged till now I have not received my phone. I guess paying finrite as an insurance to insure your phone on whatever might happen to it, it's useless they take their precious time and there's no communication non whatsoever. Telkom they will promise they will get back to you since they gave the device to the insurance but they don't but I guess they only help those clients which their devices are under warranty, but was they want you to upgrade with them and being their customers they on top of that things and being nice, once the very same device you bought from them is damaged or has problems its like you never bought a phone from them and they don't know you. They should keep this up and they will loose customers. Competition is tough out there Telkom incase you forgot.
