Bad service ever

I'm writing this review concerning my claim***),I have been waiting for like a week now to receive an sms which I was promised to receive within 72 working hours after a numerous calls which i have to wait for 30 minutes in order to get assistance not to mention the unfriendly and impatient staff.

Its so sad how quick you are to debit the money but drag your legs when you got to pay.Who must die before we get the assistance we need?like WTH i made my claim in December and right now to this date I'm paying for insurance that keeps on lying to me about getting back to me.

Now when I call no available consultant is there to help me,I tried sending an email and it says their mailbox is full,like wow...I wonder why Telkom recommend this trash insurance to their customers in the first place
