Bad service ever
I took out a cell phone contract with them in 2023 and also insured the phone with them and it started giving me problems sometime in October or November I can't recall and first week December it completely went off I then booked it in to them for repairs but till now I have not received my phone back or even a phone call from them I had to take out a new cell phone contract bear in mind I was still enjoying the break because I have finished paying that one and canceled the contract but I had to go and sign up for a new cell phone contract can someone please tell me what is the use of having insurance?

14 Jan 2026, 17:02It looks like I have wasted my money this entire time paying Telkom insurance I am now told to pay an access amount of R3000 in order for them to fix my phone I mean R3000 access for cell phone repairs nor vehicle repairs my question is if the access is R3000 how much is the total amount for cell phone repairs I am so disappointed with how they handled this whole thing in fact I'm furious cause it's clear that I am paying for the repairs myself and my question is what was the point of having an insurance.
