Bad service ever and im so frustrated

Its so funny how they treat their customers I haveade a complain few months back and their consultant called told me my case is resolved they will bring back my money,so funny while waiting for the money get emails from Simon page who told me they reopened the cased cause there was no statement shared as proof of that yes they've been debiting the money mxm so I dont know now they cant see from their side that they busy taking my money its now a long process wow ok no problem so now the person I was talking to told me it will take less than 14day for the matter to be resolved I dont know why should it take so long cause on the statement it shows that they've been taking the money its almost a year now im busy paying for the **** that I dont have Nxa and this person now its a month and a week waiting for the feedback back im so disappointed shame.*** Mpho
