Bad Service ever

This is by far the worst service provider I’ve ever came across, late last year I was offered a data sim card on a month to month , and I asked the consultant how does their month to month work , then the gentleman mentioned that if I do not pay the data won’t be loaded and yet I can cancel at any given time, for 2 months they did not debit I had to pay manually but still data was not loaded , which I had thought it’s been cancelled since they did not load data but I paid , 3 months down the line I got a call from their collections team advising me that I owe Telkom , and now they decided to hand me over which I do not understand why would one pay for a service they not using,I just have to say Telkom is by far the worst and messing up people’s credit honestly,I requested that it should be cancelled but all I could get was that I owe them . If Telkom was the last service provider I would rather not have any provider Worst Worst Worst ever !
