Bad service ever

<p>I m so disappointed with Telkom service it seems as if they don't care about the customers. I have signed up for a 5gigs but when I got home switched my laptop on and the next thing it said your 500mb is finish that was before I could log into anything. Went back to the shop they log the complaint ********** 0 was the case number. And few days later someone phoned me while I was driving I told her what was my problem before we could have a decent conversation she hanged up and sent the message: case number ********** 0 is resolved. Who are you gonna call! </p> <p> </p> <p>Please solve my problem as I m not prepared pay for the service I didn't signed up for, 5gigs or nothing </p>
