Bad service, even worse fiber

The worst fiber signal ever. Telkom was very efficient when signing me up for a 2 year contract however ever since they installed I have been having issues with signal.

I sent them an email to call me and have tried calling many times, I keep getting transferred from pillar to post.

They are still returning my call from a month ago.
