BAD service - emails down for 2 days

I have not had any emails since yesterday and called twice yesterday to get told they have an issue but working on it.

I called again today at 1h48 and there is still a huge issue not even a time frame or update since yesterday. They claim I have not lost my emails which is not 2 days old. This really affecting my business and totally unacceptable.
