Bad service

If it was possible I was gonna rate this company 0 star, I mean they said I missed a payment last month however there was money in my account they did not debit another thing they charge me arrears of more than 200 rand I don't even understand it's for what and this was never disclosed to me at the beginning of the contract of which again it was never my fault. Another thing the been trying to debit my account this whole month on the dates we never agreed on my I'm left with bank charges because of them, now they got their money yesterday but my phone is still blocked when I call them they say my account has been handed to debt collectors and it will reflect to them in seven days...so I don't understand what I paid for if I'm still gonna stay seven days without network but I paid
