Bad service

Telkom is quick to send you a bill after i have been fighting about a inverter that came to my house not working. 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting and I'm still been pushed from pillow to post. Now i get told i must just wait like its ok to have to phone everyday and nothing gets done on there side just push you away. Telkom cancel my inverter i don't want your second hand broken ****. Lets see how long it takes them to cancel my contract and how may more times i need to phone them. useless really.
