Bad service

This is my first time that i m really dissapointed in Telkom of all these years my network wifi is off from 26 JAN 2025 till know and everytime the consultants will tell me they will phone me the technicians to fix the box im still waiting they give me every day new reference numbers and inform me in 1 hour they will phone my account i pay on time but i paying but i do not get service.i cannot work or do my work and im depended on wifi, where is customer service.
