Bad service!!

I am waiting more than 2 weeks for my phone, they said that they have ordered my phone on the 29th November 2024 because they had no stock… why would they then advertise the black friday spescial? Every time when I call they keep saying they ate still awaiting the stock, they do not give me any updated themself. This is very bad and poor service!
