BAD SERVICE

How about *********** staff not knowing what they talking about then the manager of the store hides behind close doors not even showing their face. Rather then solving the issue the so called technical support in staff tells me that it's my issue and he cannot assist based on it being a problem on my laptop yet after explaining for a 30 mins he reckons to me that I must try on my own to fix the issue. Yet when I log onto both vodacom nd mtn networks I got no issues just with my so called uncapped router from telkom
