Bad service

I paid my contract done at Telkom mobile October 2023 already but they have been deducting from my money untill now , these people don't even have the decency to call me to ask if they can add things like free minutes , data etc. No they just deduct untill you have to cancel yourself but no one told you to cancel once your contract is done , it suppose to cancel automatically once you done paying your contract but they just send things and deduct of your money, very bad experience with them and I won't ever deal with them again 👎👎👎
