Bad service

I have been trying to cancel my contract that has come to term with Telkom for the last 3 months. Their call centre is non existent as you get an automated message that says an sms has been send to your number with wattsapp details. When you watsapp them you get an automated response to select certain options that does not give an option to cancel your contract. You leave massages on the sms option but they never get back to you.
