Bad service

I canceled my contract with Telkom and they asked me to pay more than what was needed to cancel the contract now I am trying to get the remaining balance refunded to me they giving me the run around. It's been 5 months and every time I call I get a new case number, they ignore my emails and I have to deal with a different person everytime
