Bad service

I app**** for a cellphone contract back in December, was told that I qualify but there was no stock available. Waited till mid Jan then received a call from the agent in Sandton telling me that they now have stock of the iPhone 12 but needed to send my applicaton back for credit assessment. I am now checking my bureau report, Telkom has made 4 enquiries on my name but i have not received any communication. I tried reaching and emailing the agent, no feedback till date. FIX IT!
