Bad Service

I took out the Telkom LTE contract beginning February 2023. I have not had internet since setting up the router, I have called, logged calls to no avail. I am really irritated. This Router is a waste of money. I am paying for a service that I am not receiving if this is not resolved by end of this week I am cancelling this contract. I am not paying for a service that I am not receiving. I just called in and what do you know I got cut off while being put on hold.
