Bad service

Telkom at Maponya Mall is bad for business. I contacted Telkom store at Maponya Mall for help with my router which is several years old, the lady at counter 4 was so rude she asked me how long did I have it and I told her it's more than 5 years she didn't even bother to check it what was wrong the thing she said was throw that thing away and buy a new one when I ask to see the store manager she told he's too busy to see me. I'm glad my contract with them is near to expire. I don't think I will ever get into any contract with them anymore.
