Bad Service

My son took out a contract but he is in the army and would like to know when will the package will be delivered as he got orders to be in Cape Town on Thursday.

And would like to know of maybe he can change the adress as he can't track the parcel.

I've send several emails without someone contacting him.

This is very bad service.
