Bad service

Telkom your gugulethu outlet is there most useless branch those people are getting paid to sell sim card only. Im losing my airtime n data cause of that useless branch. I lost my sim card 3 months back n everyday i go to them to do a sim swap on my number but im getting the same stupid excuse "sorry sir sim swap is offline every time i go there. Please help me
