BAD SERVICE

I went to the shop on Monday, 11/10/2021 to open an new account for my son, they said only Fourways have stock and they will contact me once the Iphone 11 is there, I phoned them 7 times today, and everytime someone else answers very root and keeps saying they dont have stock of that phone. When I ask to speak to the Manger, Reveka who answered the phone very root said that they dont have stock and that's that.

I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN open an account with Telkom they dont answer phones, deduct debit orders as they please etc.
