Bad service

We installed open server on the 18th September which was a trial...on the 18th October 2023 it was apparently canceled. Right...we loaged a complaint till today we have no data running, we told that a technician will be send through. It been six days, I tried calling waited kn the call for approximately 10 minutes without help. My simple is are we wasting our time? Should we get another service provider?
