Bad Service Delivery & Communication

Telkom is very bad with communication & service delivery. I informed them that I'm moving & need my fixed line & ADSL to be moved on a certain date. Instead of listening to me they called me a week before the move. I told them that we are only moving the following week and sien then I'm sitting without a fixed line and wifi for almost a month now which is starting to effect my business. A technician came out to the new premises and advised that there is no telephone poles and that is it. No communication from there. Then 2 days ago I've received an SMS at 16:30 in the afternoon saying a technician has been assigned to install the line today.... At 16:30???? No one has been here yet. I need my line sorted or I will have no choice but to cancel. This is really the worse service experience ever!!!!
