Bad service delivery

I have 7 days without WiFi service with Telkom I’m been told they cannot give me time as they are busy . I am also running a business and work has to be done by how will I be able to have productivity if they can’t come and fix a simple fault .This is surely not the first time this happens and this is a bad image of Telkom
