Bad service delivery

I have already posted a complaint against telkom not too long ago... it took a month before a person actually contacted me.... Further from there in asking for a manager on duty, a pompous arrogant individual named Sbusiso, has NO customer relations expertise whatsoever! Not understanding totally WHAT I am asking but quick to side with the previous consultant and NO regard in the fact that he is speaking to a customer!!! telkom has these types of people now representing them whom DO NOT value their customers! At the point of my request to cancel my contracts I've had since 2009, for telkom representative sbusisos vocal tone, spoke no value add in how long I have been a Telkom client, just responded in the document process for cancellation! Loyalty to Telkom is NOTHING anymore! YOU AND YOUR TEAM LEADERS / MANAGERS DO NOT VALUE YOUR CLIENTS....!!!!! My issues haven't been resolved for a long while now. I will close up all my contracts. Abhorrent service.
