Bad Service Delivery

I app**** for a residential Telkom line, the technician arrive at my house with no one there, 'Obviously' becuase maybe we are at our respective work places, I recieved an SMS today at 11:00 to inform me the technician will install the linbe today, I eventually got hold of the call centre and then was put through to the technician, only to find out he was at my house earlier the morning, (really) earlier? He explained he gave the job to the cable guys and have no idea when thay will be able to install. WHAT A JOKE Telkom. No courtesy call, proper appoinent or anything like that. Which era are you trying to do conduct business, Im going to cancell and already got a qoute from Neotel. 3 days all done.
